This Privacy Policy explains what information Signature Pro Services LLC, doing business as Signature Pro Home & Bath Remodeling of Indianapolis ("Signature Pro," "we," "us," or "our"), collects from you, why we collect it, and what we do with it. It applies to signatureproindy.com, our estimate request forms, our lead forms on Facebook and Instagram, and the phone calls, text messages, and emails we exchange with you about a remodeling project.

2. Information We Collect

Information you give us

When you request an estimate, book an appointment, call us, or fill out one of our forms on our website or on Facebook or Instagram, we may collect:

Your name
Your cell phone number
Your email address
The street address of the property you want work done on
Details about your project, such as the type of home, your timeline, the rooms involved, and your budget range
Photos, measurements, or documents you choose to send us
Notes from our conversations with you

Information collected automatically

When you visit our website, we and our analytics and advertising partners may automatically collect:

Your IP address and general location, such as city and state
Your device type, browser, and operating system
Pages you viewed, links you clicked, and how long you stayed
The website or ad that sent you to us

This is collected using cookies, pixels, and similar technologies, including the Meta Pixel and Google Analytics. Most browsers let you block or delete cookies in your settings. Blocking them may cause parts of the site to stop working correctly.

Information from advertising platforms

If you submit a lead form on Facebook or Instagram, Meta shares the answers you provided along with the contact details on your profile, such as your name, phone number, and email address. Meta's own handling of your information is governed by Meta's privacy policy, not this one.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information above to:

Contact you about the estimate or appointment you requested
Schedule and confirm an in home visit
Prepare a written scope of work, pricing, and proposal for your project
Perform the work you hire us for and manage your project through completion
Follow up with you if we have not been able to reach you, or if you asked us to check back later
Send you appointment reminders and project updates
Answer your questions and provide customer service
Improve our website, our pricing, and our advertising
Meet our legal, tax, permitting, and insurance obligations
Detect and prevent fraud or abuse

4. Phone Calls and Text Messages

When you give us your phone number on one of our forms, you agree that Signature Pro and the independent trade professionals who perform work under our brand may contact you by phone call, text message, and email about your project. This includes calls and texts placed using automated technology.

Consent to receive marketing text messages is not a condition of purchasing anything from us. Message and data rates may apply, and message frequency varies.

You can stop text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message from us. Reply HELP for help, or call us at (317) 671-8948. After you reply STOP we will send one confirmation message and then stop texting that number. We may still contact you by phone or email about a project already in progress.

Calls with our team may be recorded or monitored for quality and training purposes where permitted by law.

We do not share your phone number or SMS consent with third parties for their own marketing purposes. Phone numbers and SMS consent obtained through our forms are never sold, rented, or shared with unaffiliated third parties for marketing.

5. Photos of Your Project

Your Signature Pro rep takes photos and video of the space during the free estimate visit, and takes more while the work is underway and once it is finished. By booking the appointment you give us permission to use them in our marketing, most often as a before and after comparison. The full terms are in Section 5 of our Terms of Service. The short version:

The rep shoots the space and the work itself, for example the kitchen, the cabinets, the countertops, the tile, and the fixtures. The "before" is captured at the estimate visit, and this applies whether or not you hire us.
No people appear in the photos or video we publish. If someone is in the frame, we retake the shot or crop them out before it is used, and voices are cut from walkthrough footage.
Nothing that identifies you or your home is published. No name, no street address, no house number, no mail, no plates. A published photo is labeled by city at most, for example "Kitchen remodel in Carmel."
Personal belongings such as family photos, documents, and medication are moved or kept out of frame. Tell your rep at the visit what you want out and it stays out.
Photos may appear on our website, in our proposals, on social media such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, X, Pinterest, Reddit, and Nextdoor, in paid ads, in review listings such as Google, Yelp, and Houzz, and in AI search results that index our public pages.
If you send us photos or video of your space yourself, they are covered by the same rules.

Separately from marketing, we keep internal photos of job conditions and completed work for warranty, insurance, and record keeping purposes. Those are never published.

6. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only in these situations:

Independent trade professionals. Project work may be performed by independent trade professionals working under the Signature Pro brand. We share your name, contact information, property address, and project details with the professional assigned to your project so they can reach you, visit the property, and complete the work.
Service providers. We use outside companies to run our business, including customer relationship management and scheduling software, text and email delivery services, cloud hosting, payment processing, and analytics. They may only use your information to provide services to us.
Advertising platforms. We may share limited information with advertising platforms such as Meta and Google to measure ad performance and to avoid showing you ads for something you already requested. See Section 7.
Legal reasons. We may disclose information if required by law, subpoena, or court order, or if we believe disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, your safety, or the safety of others.
Business transfers. If our business is sold, merged, or reorganized, your information may transfer as part of that transaction.

7. Advertising and Analytics

We advertise on Facebook, Instagram, and Google. These platforms place cookies and pixels on our site that help us understand which ads lead to estimate requests and let us show ads to people who visited our site.

Our website does not currently respond to browser Do Not Track signals.

8. How Long We Keep Your Information

We keep estimate requests and project records for as long as needed to serve you and to meet our legal, tax, warranty, and insurance obligations, generally up to seven years after your last contact with us. Marketing contact information is kept until you ask us to remove it. Website analytics data is kept according to the retention settings of the platform collecting it.

9. Your Choices and Rights

You can:

Ask us what personal information we hold about you
Ask us to correct information that is wrong
Ask us to delete your information, subject to records we are required to keep
Ask us to stop contacting you for marketing purposes
Reply STOP to any text message to stop texts
Click the unsubscribe link in any marketing email

Residents of Indiana and of other states with consumer privacy laws, including California, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, and others, may have additional rights, including the right to know what personal information is collected, the right to delete it, the right to correct it, the right to opt out of targeted advertising, and the right not to be discriminated against for exercising those rights. We honor these requests for all customers regardless of where they live. We do not sell personal information and we do not process it for profiling that produces legal or similarly significant effects.

10. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information, including encrypted connections on our website and access controls on the systems that store customer records. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

11. Children

Our website and services are intended for adults who own or manage property. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.

12. Third Party Websites

Our site links to third party sites and tools, including our online booking calendar and our review pages on Yelp, Houzz, and Google. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those sites. Review their policies before providing information.

13. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will change the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Material changes will be posted here before they take effect. Continuing to use our website or services after an update means you accept the revised policy.
