These Terms of Service are the agreement between you and Signature Pro Services LLC, doing business as Signature Pro Home & Bath Remodeling of Indianapolis ("Signature Pro," "we," "us," or "our"). They cover signatureproindy.com, our estimate request forms, the appointments you book with us, the work we perform, and the photographs we take of that work. By using this website, requesting an estimate, or booking an appointment with us, you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not book an appointment.

2. What This Website Is

This website is here to explain what we do and to let you request a free estimate. The prices, price ranges, timelines, and project examples shown on this site are general information based on past projects. They are not an offer, not a bid, and not a binding quote for your home.

The only pricing you can rely on is the written proposal we give you after we have seen your space in person.

3. Free Estimates and Written Quotes

• The in home estimate visit is free and there is no obligation to hire us.
• No deposit or payment of any kind is required to receive your price.
• The visit usually takes 30 to 90 minutes. We walk the space with you, take measurements, review material options, and follow up with written pricing.
• Your written pricing is held for 21 days from the date on the proposal. Nothing expires. What is held is the discount shown on the proposal, and it goes away after that window.
• A proposal covers only the scope of work written on it. If you change the scope, or if demolition uncovers a condition that was not visible during the estimate, such as old wiring, hidden water damage, or failed plumbing, we talk it through with you and agree on the change in writing before any additional work happens.

4. Booking an Appointment

When you book an appointment with Signature Pro, online, by phone, by text, or through a form on Facebook or Instagram, you confirm the following:

• You are at least 18 years old.
• You own the property, or you are authorized by the owner to request work on it and to give the permissions described in these terms, including the photo permission in Section 5.
• An adult will be at the property during the visit.
• You will give us reasonable access to the areas being estimated or worked on.
• You will tell us in advance about anything on the property that affects safety or access, such as pets, alarms, locked areas, or known hazards.
• You agree we may contact you by phone call, text message, and email about the appointment and your project, as described in our Privacy Policy.

You can reschedule or cancel any appointment at no cost by calling (317) 671-8948. We ask for as much notice as you can give.

5. Project Photos and Video

What you are agreeing to

By booking an appointment with Signature Pro, you grant us a perpetual, worldwide, royalty free license to photograph and video record the rooms, surfaces, fixtures, and work areas involved in your project, and to reproduce, edit, and publish those images and that footage to promote our business.

When we take them

• At the free estimate visit. Your rep photographs and records video of the space while walking it with you. This is how the "before" exists at all, and it happens at the visit itself, not later.
• While the work is going on. Progress photos and video of demolition, rough-in, and installation.
• When the job is finished. The "after," shot from the same angles wherever we can, so the two line up.

This permission applies whether or not you hire us. The estimate visit is free and you are under no obligation to buy anything, and the photos and video taken during it are ours to use either way.

Where the photos may appear

• Our own channels. This website, our written proposals and estimates, our emails and text messages, print materials, mailers, yard signs, vehicle graphics, and trade show displays.
• Social media. Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, X (formerly Twitter), Pinterest, LinkedIn, Reddit, Nextdoor, and any similar platform we use now or start using later, including our posts, our profiles, our stories and reels, and replies we make in comment threads.
• Paid advertising. Ads on any of the platforms above, plus Google Ads, YouTube ads, display and retargeting networks, sponsored posts, and local directories.
• Business listings and review profiles. Google Business Profile, Yelp, Houzz, Angi, Thumbtack, the Better Business Bureau, and similar directories.
• AI search results and assistants. Anything we publish publicly can be crawled, indexed, summarized, or shown by AI search tools and assistants such as Google AI results, ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, and Copilot. We do not control those systems and we cannot pull an image back out of one after it has been indexed.

Every platform has its own terms, and once an image is public, other people can screenshot it, reshare it, or repost it somewhere we do not control. That part is outside our hands.

We own the photographs and video we take. You are not owed a payment or a fee for our use of them, and we are not required to use them at all.

What we photograph

• The room and the work area itself, for example the kitchen or the bathroom being remodeled.
• Cabinets, countertops, tile, backsplash, flooring, showers, tubs, vanities, fixtures, paint, and finishes.
• The condition of the space before we start, so the finished result can be shown side by side with it.
• Walkthrough video of the space, which may be edited into short clips, reels, and ads.

What we do not photograph or publish

• People. No homeowner, family member, guest, or other person appears in any photo or video we publish. Voices are cut from walkthrough footage. If someone is in the frame, we retake the shot or crop them out before the image is ever used.
• Anything that identifies you or your home. No names, no street address, no house number, no mail, no vehicle plates. A published photo is labeled by city at most, for example "Kitchen remodel in Carmel."
• Your personal belongings. We move or exclude family photos, documents, medication, and similar personal items from the frame wherever we reasonably can. Tell your rep at the visit about anything you want kept out of frame and it stays out of frame.
• Any room outside the project. We photograph the work areas, not the rest of your home.

Documentation photos

Separately from marketing, we photograph and record job conditions and completed work for our own records, for warranty and insurance purposes, and to document existing damage before work begins. These are internal and are never published.

If you happen to send us photos or video of your space yourself, those are covered by this same section on the same terms.

6. Phone Calls, Text Messages, and Email

When you give us your phone number, you agree that Signature Pro and the independent trade professionals who perform work under our brand may contact you by phone call, text message, and email about your project, including with automated technology. Consent to marketing texts is never a condition of buying anything from us. Reply STOP to any text to stop texts, or HELP for help. Message and data rates may apply. 7. Who Performs the Work

Signature Pro handles the estimate, the scope, the pricing, and the schedule. The remodeling work itself may be performed by vetted, insured independent trade professionals working under the Signature Pro brand. You get one point of contact and a direct phone number from the first visit through the final walkthrough. Provider credentials, availability, pricing, and results are not guaranteed.

8. Payment

There is no deposit required to receive a price or a proposal. Payment for a project you hire us for is staged as the work progresses, and the payment schedule is written down and agreed to before any work begins. The written agreement for your project controls the payment terms; if it says something different from this page, the written agreement wins. Balances not paid when due may be subject to collection costs and interest to the extent allowed by Indiana law.

9. Workmanship Warranty

Our workmanship carries a one year warranty from the date the project is completed. If something in our work is not right, contact us and we will come back and make it right.

The warranty does not cover:

• Normal wear and tear, settling, or seasonal movement of the home
• Materials you supply yourself, which carry only the manufacturer's own warranty
• Manufacturer defects in products, which are covered by the manufacturer's warranty, and we will help you make that claim
• Damage caused by misuse, neglect, water intrusion from an unrelated source, pets, other contractors, or work performed by someone else after we finish
• Pre-existing conditions we disclosed to you, or conditions in areas outside our scope of work

10. Materials You Supply

You are welcome to buy your own materials and have us install them. If you do, you are responsible for the material being correct, complete, undamaged, and delivered on time. We warrant our installation, not the product itself, and additional labor caused by wrong, short, or damaged homeowner supplied materials may be billed as a change.

11. Reviews and Testimonials

If you post a public review of us, or give us a written or recorded testimonial, you agree we may quote and share it in our marketing along with your first name and city. We will not publish your last name, address, phone number, or email in marketing.

12. Our Content

The text, photographs, layout, logo, and design on this website belong to Signature Pro or are used with permission. You may not copy, republish, or use them for another business without our written permission.

13. Disclaimers

This website is provided as is. We work to keep the information accurate and current, but we do not guarantee that everything on it is free of errors, that pricing information reflects today's market, or that the site is always available. Remodeling results depend on the condition of your home, the materials chosen, and factors outside our control, so nothing on this site is a guarantee of a specific result, timeline, or price.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by Indiana law, Signature Pro is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including lost time, lost profits, or inconvenience, arising out of this website or our services. Our total liability for any claim relating to a project is limited to the amount you paid us for that project. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including liability for fraud, personal injury caused by our negligence, or your rights under Indiana consumer protection law.

15. Governing Law and Disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Indiana, without regard to conflict of law rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Marion County, Indiana, and you and Signature Pro consent to that jurisdiction. Before filing anything, please call us at (317) 671-8948. Nearly everything gets solved with a phone call.

16. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will change the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. The version in effect on the day you book your appointment is the version that applies to that project. Continuing to use our website or services after an update means you accept the revised terms.
